Jumbo Croissant:
This is a thaw, rise and bake product.
Baking directions: Thaw on trays for approximately 8 hours (overnight) covered. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour, margarine(milk, soy), water, sugar, yeast, liquid whole eggs, salt, dough conditioner (wheat flour, guar gum, datem dextrose, canola oil, malt flour, ascorbic acid, enzymes), natural and artificial butter flavour.


Cinnamon Buns:
Warm, sticky, sweet and fresh is the best way to enjoy a cinnamon bun.
Baking directions: Spray 8" x 12" baking tray with cooking spray. Combine ½ cup of melted butter/margarine and ½ cup of brown sugar. Mix well and spread over the bottom of the pan. Add raisins, cranberries or pecans if desired. Arrange six Cinnamon Buns in baking tray. Let rise overnight on kitchen counter covered with a cloth. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, bake Cinnamon Buns approximately 12 to 22 minutes. Invert baked Cinnamon Buns on serving tray.

Filling: Cinnamon smear (sugar, graham crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, water, cooking molasses, wheat bran, baking soda, honey, salt, ammonium bicarbonate, monoglycerides), cinnamon, glucose solids, modified corn starch, cocoa, salt, artificial flavour), water.
