Pre-formed Frozen Cookie Dough
As children we watched Grandma make these cookies from start to finish. With lots of care and attention we have created cookies from Grandma's recipes for your home.
Arrange pre-formed frozen cookies on trays and place into a heated oven. In a few minutes memories of Grandma's kitchen have returned.
All cookie dough portions are 35 to 40 grams per cookie. Four dozen cookies per bag. Freezer life is nine months.
Chocolate Chip Deluxe Cookie:
A soft chewy oatmeal cookie loaded with pure chocolate chips.
Baking directions: Place cookies on trays 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Ginger Snaps:
A soft melt in your mouth Ginger Snap Cookie. Once you have tried them you are hooked!
Baking directions: Place cookies on greased trays for 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie:
The perfect companion with a glass of milk or a cup of tea.
Baking directions: Place cookies on tray 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Double Chocolate Brownie Cookie:
A chewy chocolate cookie loaded with white chocolate chips. Death by chocolate!
Baking directions: Place cookies on greased baking tray for 15 minutes before baking. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Power Cookie:
This cookie is filled with a whole lot of healthy and wholesome ingredients: cranberries, golden flax seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, oatmeal and white chocolate chips.
Baking directions: Place cookies on greased baking trays for 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degree for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
Appetizers and Main Courses
New! Nalysnyky (Cottage Cheese Rolls):
Pronounced "ne-les-ni-kah" this is an ethnic culinary treat. These treasured rolls can now be served in your home just as Baba did, or for something unique, serve as an appetizer.
Baking instructions: Place a single layer of nalysnyky in a greased baking pan seam side down, let thaw 15 minutes. Pour cream over the rolls until they are three-quarter covered. Cover baking tray with foil. Bake in a slow oven at 325 F for about 55 to 65 minutes. They are ready when they puff up. Remove from oven. Let sit 10 minutes before serving. Can be served hot or cold.
New! Wild and brown rice pilaf:
Enjoy a blend of Saskatchewan wild rice, brown rice, cranberries, almonds and spices at your next gathering.
Cooking instructions: Put pilaf mix in a 10 cup oven-proof container. Add 4 cups of boiling water and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cover with lid or foil. Bake in 350 F over for 60 minutes. Stir before serving.
Cabbage rolls:
Our cabbage rolls have the following features and benefits:
- Consistent size: traditionally-sized cabbage rolls with an average weight of 45 to 50 grams per cabbage roll (9 to 10 cabbage rolls per pound). The size and shape of each cabbage roll varies little;
- High quality: traditionally made, each cabbage roll is tightly rolled with the ends tucked in. This method results in very little breakage;
- Convenient and easy to use: for food service, simply place cabbage rolls in tray, cover with your favourite tomato sauce and bake until tender. Any remaining product may be refrozen until your next banquet. If breakage occurs do not discard this product; instead add to your soup pot of the day;
- Versatile: can be served as a main course or an accompaniment. Vegetarians will be delighted with the taste and affordability of this unique all-rice product;
- Selection: choose from three varieties -- rice, rice and bacon, rice and beef.
All product is shipped frozen. Keep product frozen until needed. Freezer life is nine months. Cooler life is five days.

Cheddar Cheese Perogies:
Handmade, tender, melt in your mouth... these words best describes our exclusive line of perogies.
Cooking instructions: Place frozen perogies in boiling water. Cook approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Over-cooking results in more perogies breaking open). To prevent sticking, put melted butter between each layer when taking them out of the boiling water. To deep fry, fry in oil at 325 F (160 C) for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Packed 4 dozen per box.
Spanakopita (span-a-ko-pee-tah):
This traditional Greek appetizer is made by wrapping uniquely seasoned spinach and tangy feta cheese in a light and flaky fillo dough. This delicious Mediterranean treat is a unique appetizer that is remarkably easy to prepare.
Baking directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place spanakopita on baking tray. Place into preheated oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Keep frozen until use. Packed in 3 dozen boxes.
Party Bites:
Three varieties of Savory Party Bites: Pesto, Tomato Salsa and Bacon and Dill. Simply cut and arrange pre-portioned pieces on baking trays and place in heated oven. A tray of Savoury Delight. 77 pieces per package.
Baked Goods
Jumbo Croissant:
This is a thaw, rise and bake product.
Baking directions: Thaw on trays for approximately 8 hours (overnight) covered. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Cinnamon Buns:
Warm, sticky, sweet and fresh is the best way to enjoy a cinnamon bun. We have included Sticky Bun Glaze with our rise-and-easy-to-bake cinnamon buns.
Baking directions: Spray 8" x 12" baking tray with cooking spray. Spread half package of thawed Sticky Bun Smear on bottom of pan. Arrange six Cinnamon Buns in baking tray. Let rise overnight on kitchen counter covered with a cloth. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, bake Cinnamon Buns approximately 12 to 22 minutes. Invert baked Cinnamon Buns on serving tray.
Christmas Specialties
For a traditional holiday flavour include Christmas Pudding and Caramel Rum Sauce on your next Christmas menu or buffet.
Christmas Pudding:
Gloriously fragrant with sweet spices and rum soaked fruit, this is the ultimate in traditional Christmas puddings. This product comes in a 350 gram (3 to 5 servings) black designer microwavable container. A patterned over-wrap with an attractively designed label finishes the product. Christmas Puddings are shipped 16 per case.
Microwave directions: Remove Christmas Pudding from container. Turn out on to microwave safe plate. Heat for approximately 45 to 60 seconds until heated through. Serve with In Good Taste Caramel Rum Sauce. Serves 2 to 5.

Caramel Rum Sauce:
This sauce is in a 190 ml hexagon glass jar. The label is designed in the same format as the Christmas Pudding label, a perfect match. Caramel Rum Sauce is shipped 12 jars per case.
Microwave instructions: Remove lid and heat in microwave on high for appoximately 30 to 60 seconds. Pour Caramel Rum Sauce over In Good Taste Christmas Pudding.
Both our Christmas pudding and Caramel Rum Sauce have a 10-month shelf life.
Christmas Fruitcake:
The ultimate fruitcake, moist and dense with fruit. Perfect for gift giving or home entertainment.
After opening fruitcake wrap in plastic and store in a cool place. Net weight 450 grams.
