Through food we discover the customs and rituals of a culture, make new friends and wonderful memories. On the vast Canadian prairies no event is complete without the tradition of dessert slices being served, referred to by the locals as "squares".

Remarkably, this tradition has been turned into a thriving food processing business located in Togo, Saskatchewan, a small community of 150 people snug to the Manitoba border about 80 kilometres northeast of Yorkton.

This is home to In Good Taste Food Service Inc., the company responsible for making the tasty dessert slices Nanaimo Special, Caramel Slice and Turtle Oat Squares, to name a few, and shipping them to centres across western Canada.

Along with these delectable dessert slices, we make a vast array of other quality products as well. Cabbage rolls, perogies, pre-formed frozen cookie dough, traditional Christmas pudding and Christmas fruitcake are just a few of the foods we make.

At In Good Taste Food Service, we are devoted to producing quality food products for our customers. Canadian prairie tradition brought recipes from all over the world to our farms and small towns. The traditional homebaked flavour and goodness is what keeps our customers coming back!
